Vi f\u00e5r l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna hennes familj, h\u00f6ra legenden om hennes farfar och framf\u00f6rallt ta del av just Shirins liv. Fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan en pojkflicka, men som enda dotter i revolutionens Iran f\u00e5r hon det inte l\u00e4tt. Draget av sann historia (Zinat har baserat boken p\u00e5 sitt liv), ett vackert spr\u00e5k, intressant att l\u00e4sa om en flickas uppv\u00e4xt i ett slutet Iran &#8230; Nu, tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader senare, har jag sv\u00e5rt att komma ih\u00e5g boken.
